Mona Miliner is a passionate and seasoned health care executive with over 27 years of industry experience advancing winning solutions for complex health systems. She is currently serving as vice president of hospital operations at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Mona is also the Founder/CEO of Creating No Limits, LLC, a career coaching company and much more. A graduate of Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, Miliner holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in health care administration and management. She is a fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). She is also a licensed nursing home administrator in the State of Ohio.
Miliner serves on the board of directors for ACHE of Central PA and ACHE of Western PA as the Regent for Pennsylvania. Mona is the immediate past President of ACHE of Central PA Chapter and recipient of several Regent awards.
