About Our Chapter
ACHE of Western PA is where healthcare leaders across 26 counties come together to learn, connect, and lead with purpose. With a community of more than 400 members, we deliver nationally recognized education, local networking, and hands-on leadership development that turn ambition into measurable impact for patients, teams, and organizations.
As an independently chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a professional society of over 50,000 executives, we open the door to a powerful national network, the FACHE® credential pathway, and the gold standard in continuing education for healthcare management.
What We Do
- Advance leadership excellence. We offer relevant, face-to-face and virtual programs that earn ACHE credits and translate strategy into action on the front lines of care.
- Build meaningful connections. From mentorship to peer forums, we curate spaces where leaders at every stage, ranging from students to C-suite, share insights, expand networks, and accelerate careers.
- Promote innovation in care delivery. We bring together diverse perspectives from across the health ecosystem to spark new ideas, improve outcomes, and strengthen organizations.
Who We Serve
Our members span hospitals, health systems, ambulatory and post-acute care, payers, public health, and the broader healthcare community. Whether you’re building your career or shaping regional strategy, you’ll find a home and a network here in Western PA.
Why It Matters

ACHE of Western PA equips leaders to meet the moment with clarity, capability, and community so organizations perform better, teams feel supported, and patients receive the high-quality care they deserve.
