Deborah Rice became Senior Vice President, Regional Markets at Highmark, Inc. in 2004.  In this position, she is responsible for the acquisition, retention and Profitability of all Regional Account Business.  The Regional Market represents over 1.2 million members and approximately $2.4 billion in annualized premiums.  Before becoming Senior Vice Presidet, Ms. Rice was Vice President of Regional Accounts Claims Administration and Customer Service, and previously a Vice President of Regional Account Sales.  She earned her degree at Carlow College.

Ms. Rice also serves or is affiliated with several local boards, including Pittsburgh Public Theater, Gwen’s Girls, and the United Way.
