The relationship between medical staff and administration is critical to the health of hospitals. To be successful, executives must identify strategies for involving the medical staff in decision making and planning, as well as determine how to align the medical staff with organizational strategies. Given the current reimbursement environment and the multitude of changes impacting healthcare, executives must proactively work with their medical staffs.
This program has been developed and is presented locally by ACHE of Western Pennsylvania. The American College of Healthcare Executives has awarded 1 (one) Category I (ACHE Education) credit hour to this program. Please contact Rae Reynolds at info@westpa.ache.org with any questions.
