VA Healthcare – VISN 4
Natalie Bulger is the Compliance and Business Integrity Officer for VA Healthcare VISN 4 where she provides compliance and business integrity oversight for 9 medical facilities. Prior to joining VISN 4 she was the Director of Compliance, Risk and Regulatory for The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh, acting as Compliance and Privacy Officer as well as Risk Manager. Natalie has been a member of ACHE since 2010, most recently obtaining Fellow status in 2017, and is current President of the chapter and sits on the executive planning committee for the Western PA Healthcare Summit. She is a member of ACHE’s National Early Careerist Committee.
Natalie has a Bachelors in Social Work and a Masters in Health Administration, both from the University of Pittsburgh where she currently serves as Secretary of the Alumni Relations Committee at the Graduate School of Public Health. Natalie is Certified in Healthcare Compliance and holds a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Ms. Bulger also contributes time volunteering for Highmark’s A Caring Place. She was recognized in 2017 as one of Pittsburgh’s 40 Under 40 by Pittsburgh Magazine and PUMP.
